Underground fences are still pretty popular.  They work a little differently than wireless fences, but the results are the same.

A couple more that aren't as popular, but work just as great are the SportDog Bark Control Collar, Tri-Tronics Bark Limiter, DogTek Bark Control Collar, DogTra No Bark Collar

There's also the option of using Spray Collars, which squirt the dog with a burst of citronella instead of using the static shock technique.  It's painless and effective and some even say that it works better than static shock collars.
